This 45-minute, high-intensity workout will get your heart pumping through a variety of exercises with a basketball twist. Instructed by recent Gonzaga University Women's Basketball grads LeeAnne and Jenn Wirth, stations will include jumping, shooting, dribbling, running – all with a basketball in your hands. The first session will be reserved for girls under 18 and the second session for women 18 years and older. All skill levels welcome to participate in this basketball-themed workout!
