THE OUTDOOR LEAGUE
A 5on5 full court league for youth, high school and adult athletes. Registration opens February 20 at 8:00 am.
Presented by Spokane Hoopfest Association and City of Spokane Parks and Recreation.
THE DETAILS
8-WEEK SEASON - We will guarantee each team plays 8 games. Please note that due to weather conditions we may have to extend the season to ensure that all teams play 8 games.
START DATE - SATURDAY, MARCH 13
LOCATION - Games will be played on outdoor, centrally located Hoopfest Community Courts in parks throughout Spokane on the weekends. Days and times TBD. Number of parks and exact locations will be determined based on need.
DIVISIONS - Youth (3rd - 8th grade boys and girls), High School boys and girls, Adult (18+) men, women and co-ed.
FORMAT
RULES – Youth and high school games will be played using National Federation of High School Association basketball rules.
Adult Rules
GAME LENGTH – All youth and high school games will be played with four 8-minute quarters. All adult games will be played with two 20-minute halves.
OFFICIALS – Two Spokane Basketball Officials Association officials will call each game.
SCOREBOARDS AND OPERATORS – Tabletop scoreboards will be provided and staffed by Score clock Operators.

$600/team registration fee (+ $25 processing fee)
$15/player AAU Cards - Youth and high school athletes will need AAU cards. Adults will not need AAU cards. Please do not purchase AAU cards until we have determined if there is enough interest to hold this league.
Youth and high school players will pay approximately $77.50, or less than $10/game/athlete.
Team scholarships are available. We want to ensure that all teams and player interested in participating in this league are able to so please don’t let the cost deter participation. Please contact our office at info@spokanehoopfest.net to inquire about scholarships and application process.
