Refund policy

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Once returned item(s) is/are received, your item will be processed within 3-5 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition, the refund will be issued to your bank equal to the price of the returned item(s), included sales tax (if applicable), minus the cost of the shipping label. Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account (timing will vary based on your financial institution).

To initiate a return or exchange -  

  1. Package your items with the original invoice from your order.
  2. Write your order number on the outside of the package + seal it for shipping.
  3. Ship your package using your preferred shipping method to the following address:

You'll receive an email notification when your refund has been issued.

 

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Claims for damaged or faulty items must be reported within 15 days of receiving your items to ensure proper credit. Please take a picture of the damaged area and email kristi@spokanehoopfest.net with the pictures and a brief description of the damage. They will reach out to you within 1 business day to get you taken care of.

If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge and Hooptown will provide a return label.
